The renowned publisher has appointed a seasoned producer from the creators of Apex Legends to direct the studio crew at 31st Union, which is currently developing the upcoming over-the-shoulder action-packed title known as this innovative game.
Management Shift Follows Poor Reception
Brinkman takes on the leadership position at the development studio following the dismissal of former leader Michael Condrey, who was reportedly let go due to Project Ethos' lackluster early showing last autumn.
Recently, the company's top executive a key figure informed employees about this decision through an official communication, which highlighted that early feedback sessions had indicated the necessity for a clearer vision.
Ismailer stated that the developers is now overhauling the project with a revised focus, aiming to better meet gamer demands.
A Pattern of Key Recruitment
The news echoes a similar move taken by 2K Games in August, when they hired an industry veteran from the Diablo team to assist with the BioShock studio Cloud Chamber.

Brinkman currently serves in the role of executive producer and head of production at the renowned studio for their flagship title. Brinkman previously worked at major gaming companies in various development positions on the Call of Duty games, and, earlier in his career, had assignments at 2K and Electronic Arts.
Title Details and Vision
The upcoming game was unveiled in last year together with a community playtest. Initially, the developers portrayed the game as a "no-cost, third-person perspective roguelike hero shooter and an exciting step forward on the style."
